PPE Working Paper Series: Aaron Brantly

Aaron Brantly, Associate Professor in the School of Public and International Affairs (Government and International Affairs) at Virginia Tech, will give a talk with the title “Silencing Female Activists and Journalists: The Gendered Use of Surveillance by States.”

The talk will take place on March 4, 2026, from 12:15-1:30pm, in the conference room of the David H. Kellogg Center for Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (820 University City Blvd; Blacksburg, VA).
