PPE Working Paper Series: Stephen Joyce

Stephen Joyce, Assistant Professor of Political Science at Radford University, will give a talk with the title “High-Minded Law-Breaking: Comparing Emergency Power and Political Disobedience.” 

The talk will take place on November 16, 2026, from 12:15-1:30pm, in the conference room of the Center (820 University City Blvd), and is being held in cooperation with the Department of PSCI, Freedom Scholar Program at Virginia Tech.
