Decision Theory, Behavioral Phenomena, and Network Economics

At this panel discussion, current PPE Research Fellows Daniel Hoek, Matthew Kovach, and Sudipta Sarangi will discuss their work in decision theory, behavioral economics, and network economics.

Dr. Hoek’s work suggests a novel inquisitive approach to decision theory that re-envisions the relationship between questions, choices, and beliefs, Dr. Kovach’s work focuses on behavioral economics and fundamental psychological concepts that underlie our actual choices, and Dr. Sarangi’s work in network economics analyzes the inheritance and evolution of socioeconomic relationships across generations.

The panel discussion will take place on April 13, 2022, from 4-5:30pm, in the Assembly Hall of the Holtzman Alumni Center.

Join this informal, yet intellectually rich discussion. All faculty and students are welcome to attend.
