PPE Working Paper Series: David Bieri

David Bieri, a PPE affiliate and a faculty member in Urban Affairs and Planning, will give a talk with the title “Between ‘Visualisability’ and ‘Observability’: August Lösch’s Spatial Theory of Business Cycles and the Interwar Battle over the Soul of German Economics.”

The talk will take place on November 10, 2022, from 12:30-1:45pm, in the conference room of the Kellogg Center (820 University City Blvd; Blacksburg, VA).

All faculty and students are welcome to attend. Lunch will be served! Please RSVP (suggested).

The PPE Working Paper series offers a friendly and constructive intellectual environment for sharing and advancing preliminary research in PPE and is typically combined with, or followed by, a lunch with participants.

If you are interested in presenting some of your work in progress, or if you have questions concerning the format of the series, then please contact Melinda Miller (PPE Core Faculty).
